PRESS from Prime Resi: NatWest pledges £100mn funding line to top-end lender
Paul Munford’s Century Capital secures access to ‘further firepower’ as it targets the ‘mass affluent’ regions of London & the Home Counties.
Specialist property lender Century Capital has secured a funding line worth up to £100mn from NatWest, marking what CEO Paul Munford calls “a major milestone” in the firm’s growth.
A statement said the deal, finalised last week, would “allow for increasing lending capacity and flow…supporting customers to fund prime real estate across the mass affluent regions of London and the Home Counties”.
Set up in 2012, Century has served up more than £200mn of financing to date, with loans ranging in size from £250k to £10mn. The product offering spans the resi and commercial investment and development sectors.
